Victoria Rossi is a legal aide and researcher at Virginia Raymond’s law office, where she interviews clients and assists with their immigration applications. Her legal work is informed by her background in journalism: In recent years, she has written about education and health for a small-town newspaper in California, worked a research fellow with Mother Jones magazine, and reported for publications in Latin America and South Asia. She holds a B.A. in history and Plan II Honors from the University of Texas at Austin and an M.S. in journalism from Columbia University. Since starting work with Virginia in August 2014, Victoria has helped with asylum and DACA applications, immediate relative petitions, and bond packages.
